Commitee & Leadership Opportunities
Administrative Board
Any chair person of a committee is a part of this group. Also there are two members of the church in an -at large postition. Any member of the congregation can and is encouraged to attend these meetings. At each meeting, each committee reports on action taken or work being done. Examples: Financial reports are given. Pastor reports on his/her activity and upcoming plans or vacations.

Praise & Worship Team
This team focuses on long term seasonal goals, coordinating events and design of the sanctuary. Ensure themes of the season flow smoothly through the year. Also, contunously looks at our mission and ways to ensure we are moving in the mission direction. Have ideas on how the Sunday worship can be better, let us know at the next meeting.

Trustees
Concentrate on the maintenance and repair of the church building and parsonage. Handle insurance needs of the buildings. 9 members- 3 groups of 3 year positions.

Finance Team
Responsible for setting a budget for the church. Track income and expenses for all committees and organizations within the church. 12 members

Staff Parish Relations
Help the Pastor handle any concerns of the congregation. Help identify leadership needs for the congregation. Assess the need for employed staff, supervise staff, and do yearly reviews of staff. 9 members- 3 groups of 3 year positions.

Worship Design Team
This team works on the weekly plan of scriptures, music and group activities that will enhance the worship experience. Includes: Pastor, Praise band director, organist, represenative from each group wanting to perform.
(GYC, LOGOS, Bell choir, Vocal choir, and Praise dance)
Please voice all opinions (good or bad) at Praise & Worship Team meetings.
Committee on Lay Leadership
Assesses members gifts and work with the Pastor to add members to committees or organizations where they can best use their gifts. 9 Members- 3 groups of 3 year positions.
